Founder: Improved. I still think it looks too sunrisey, but this is

No User Level: This looks like a pair of headphones to me. I suggest  
inverting it.
Voice (5): Better than Voice (3), IMO. With this change, the remaining  
shields are associated with power/authority, which voice shouldn't be.
