Icons for Adium 1.4 (UPDATED!)

I think both of the "Founder" icons are great (also with a slight  
preference towards the non-"Alt"), I like "Op" and "Half-op" a lot as  
well. Both variants of "Mention" and "Message" are to my liking as well.
However, I think we already have a "Message" icon. I think it would be  
a good idea to base the "Message Alerts" icon on the current "Message"  
icon.

I'm not a big fan of the "Authorize" and "Deny" icons as I don't like  
their colours and the "Ignore" icon which doesn't seem very intuitive  
to me.

I agree that a shield doesn't fit a voiced user (therefore I'd also  
prefer (5)) and that "No User Level" looks a bit like headphones.

Overall, great job, George!
