Icons for Adium 1.4 (UPDATED!)

I think I like the Authorize (rather than the alternate) better - it's
more intuitive if the user decides not to show the text label for the
icon and since Deny and Ignore have different symbols within the
circle, then it makes sense to have Authorize different as well.

Still not sold on Founder, though it's better than Founder (Alt.) imo.

I find the Half-Op, Mention (Alt.), Message (Alt.) and No User Level
to be especially attractive, though "No User Level" could still use a
reduction in shine - perhaps more of a subtle gradient would do.

I think Voice (5) is better than Voice (3), though I still think I
prefer the concept of Voice (1) best. On the other hand Peter
(boredzo) didn't get Voice (1) at all, and if he's right about the +
being a 'universal' voice symbol, then I'd vote for Voice (5).
