[Adium-devl] Trac needs a plugin installed, who has admin access to do so?

Hmmm, ok... then I think tick needs to chime in about now.  This was something I mentioned several times, mainly started when i complained about the non-auto-login for trac and we looked and found trac needed that plugin.  Perhaps we made a boo-boo with that line of thought :)

Could you please demonstrate how it is different?  Given that we are currently running this exact plugin and our login mechanism exactly matches the description the web page to which you linked ("login via an HTML form instead of using HTTP authentication"), I'm not sure what you mean.
