[Adium-devl] Trac needs a plugin installed, who has admin access to do so?

Could you please demonstrate how it is different?  Given that we are  
currently running this exact plugin and our login mechanism exactly  
matches the description the web page to which you linked ("login via  
an HTML form instead of using HTTP authentication"), I'm not sure what  
you mean.
