In my opinion that gets really annoying due to the fact that you have  
to accept the license each time iTunes updates.
If we go down this route my suggestion is that we only give users the  
license to accept on *first* launch; i.e. after a clean install.

We would probably need to show the license again in the even that it  
changes (i.e. update to GPL v3) but other than that we don't want to  
be pestering people with it each time the app updates. Right?
