And all that could be easily solved by keeping things the way they are
-- especially with our shiny new DMG background. Really, I don't see
*any* advantage to using an IED. Can anyone name one? I'll list the
disadvantages:
- We have to show a license on startup -- our first run is already
pretty cluttered
- Users will often just leave applications that come out of IEDs on
the desktop
- Poor support for 3rd party browsers, unlike Adium itself, which
supports 3rd party browsers quite well
- No sweet DMG background
I can't think of a single advantage other than "Apple recommends it."
