[Adium-devl] Adium and GCC4

	If I understand correctly, Adium uses GCC 3.3 so that it will work  
on versions of OSX prior to 10.3.9. Since 10.3.9 is a free update, I  
think it's probably fine to drop previous versions (this would give  
us access to the ObjC DOM api in webkit as well). Any objections?
