[Adium-devl] Adium and GCC4

Just to be precise, the ppc portion of Adium is built with gcc 3.3  
and the intel portion is built with gcc 4.

I'm fine with switching to a 10.3.9 requirement.  I believe there's  
some way we can specify that version requirement in our Info.plist  
(which is Adium_2.plist before building) so the system will throw up  
an error message instead of just crashing if run on a previous  
version... could you check into that?
