Buildbot has not been serving nightlies since April 15

Seems like it's not as simple as I thought and in fact requires updating buildbot.

I'm going go go ahead and install a newer version of buildbot in a virtualenv along with an updated twisted, probably pretty soon. Please email if you know why this shouldn't go forward.
