I was always taught to be wary of strangers with candy...

If we can't verify that he does work for icq, I'm a little uneasy about a 'hey I have this key for you to use!' patch. If we can confirm that he's legit, sure, let's do it. Otherwise can one of us sign up for one as Zac asked in the ticket?
