The inclusion of purple_account_set_bool(account, "use_clientlogin", TRUE); is actually superfluous.  The default setting is TRUE, so if we do nothing, it's enabled.

We're going against defaults if we set it to FALSE.

I've changed my mind: We should just leave the bug in place so that we can collect more data and actually fix the problem, rather than diverging from libpurple's default behavior and using legacy code as a workaround.  We have an isolated report in #15137 currently, and it's from a user who hasn't posted the requested debug logging. 

Let's bump #15137 to 1.4.3 and address it when we have enough information to proceed intelligently.
