1.5 moving to 64 bit only

To clarify, there are some fairly big wins that dropping 32bit support will afford us (ARC, especially). And they completely justify dropping support for out ~2.3% i386 users. But I do not believe that this will benefit us for 1.5.
Save it for 1.6.
