Many to Many video chat would be AWESOME, but I don't think any of the current
protocols support it. If I had the money to invest, I'd suggest we be the first
to implement it, but from my understanding, this would require a mediating
server to control video flow, and it would use LOTS of bandwidth.

Hello all,
I like the version that Skype has where you have video in the middle and a list
on the side. With one button you can get rid of the list.
To get the area where you type text you just hold onto a little three line image
and move this up. The video does get a little smaller but keeps everything
proper.
Are we going to just do one on one or will this grow to include many to many?
