My previous comments all still apply.

“No User Level (2)” is much better than “No User Level (1)”.

Versions 2 of Mention and Message Alerts are better than versions 1  
and 3.

As I said, make it a circlet. A simple one: just a band, with a raised  
part in the middle for the red gem.
