Icons for Adium 1.4 (Revision 3)

Ok; in this package, I've tried as hard as I can to take all of your  
advice into consideration while redesigning these icons (I still  
haven't gotten to all variants yet for lack of time). I've also  
changed the organizational Structure of the zip, in order to eliminate  
any confusion; again, I apologize for the first one. Anyway, once  
again, all constructive feedback is welcome. Thanks in advance!

P.S. Peter, if you could give me a little more advice on how to make  
the Founder icon look more like a crown, I'd greatly appreciate it.
