Allow perhaps could just have a green stripe in the middle, or for
consistency, a green circle with a grey stripe (like deny). I also
don't know what it's for, but I assume it was requested on the wiki?

I agree.

Since I don't know what "No User Level" refers to, I have no comment.

Agree on the shine - it seems to shine way more than the other icons.

I kinda like what George did here, though I wouldn't object to seeing
and comparing it with something like Boredzo's suggestion.

Not just obscure, but scary ;)

Agree.

On the other hand an exclamation point is something I always
attributed to mean "alert" so perhaps it is better here. Not sure I
like the yellow - perhaps we should stick with white like the other
icons? If any colour, orange is often a nicer contrast with blue than
yellow.
> No User Level: Could mean anything. I like the human figure better.
As before, not sure what that's for.

I didn't realize the plus was an indication of voice. This is true,
the combination of the + and a shield could imply a Christian shield.
> Voice (1), (2): I don't know what these icons mean.
I actually really like (1) and took it to mean something like a voice
broadcast / wave.
> Voice (4): English-centric, so nix.

I didn't see sunrise here, but it seems a bit complex compared to the
rest of them.
