You give it way too high of a level of credit.

Its age is one of the reasons I want to move -devl to google groups.

There's no concept of "owners" - there's an admin password. Now, every
single time I go to modify one of the mailing lists, I just change the
password. I don't know what they're suppose to be, really, but I
really hate mailman; it's just ridiculously middle-of-last-decade.

I believe you can configure what emails this sends to.

For the record, a google groups mirror of this list is at
http://groups.google.com/group/adium-devl - if we do decide to switch
over, aliasing the google groups address from adium-devl at adiumx.com
would be easy.
