[Adium-devl] Is there time for another 1.3.3 rc?

If Adium uses the definition for release candidates you stated then I guess the fixes have to be in 1.3.4 or 1.4 instead.

The proper way to do release candidates imho though is to not label them as release candidates in the application so that they can be released as final with absolutely no changes since if you change something you can break it..

That wouldn't be another RC, since those aren't regressions from 1.3.2,
iirc.

In case anyone wasn't clear, since terms like "rc" can get
bandied about without formal definition: Release Candidate builds are builds
that we want to ship 100% unchanged. We're ready to go assuming that no
regressions are found. Generally, the only changes picked up after the first
release candidate are either localizations or fixes that remove bugs that
weren't present in the previous release (aka regressions).
