That wouldn't be another RC, since those aren't regressions from  
1.3.2, iirc.

In case anyone wasn't clear, since terms like "rc" can get bandied  
about without formal definition: Release Candidate builds are builds  
that we want to ship 100% unchanged. We're ready to go assuming that  
no regressions are found. Generally, the only changes picked up after  
the first release candidate are either localizations or fixes that  
remove bugs that weren't present in the previous release (aka  
regressions).
