That item on the Contributing Code page specifically refers to the  
Copyright.txt file in the Adium repository. One of these patches  
should add your name there (taking care to keep the list in  
alphabetical order).

I'm redirecting this thread to the development list, from the feedback  
list. Admittedly, the Contributing Code page doesn't specify where the  
development list is or what mythical adventures one must undertake to  
arrive there; I'll fix that.
