64 bit progress

More progress!

All frameworks, save libpurple, can now be built as x86_86. I'm only
waiting on Growl for their official release, but a local build works fine,
provided we're willing to sacrifice -withInstaller.

Libpurple is only waiting on the new build system. I have build x86_64
libraries with the existing system and it works, though is unstable (aim
sign-in crashes) and has issues with SL.
