64 bit progress

I have OTR building with x86_64, and it's built and included in adium's main
tip.
I also have PSMTabsBarControl building in x86_64, but am holding on
committing the patch to maccode as it breaks compatibility with 10.4. I've
set up a 10.4 compatibility branch, and want to make sure nothing will break
with other projects if I push my 64bit changes up.
