Oh... there's also an "Announcements" tab in the preferences for Trac
after you've logged in that allow you to adjust all this anyway -
something tells me Zac might have added that recently, as the controls
for login and such are a little 'off' in terms of placement on the
page (I didn't see that earlier this AM, or perhaps I just didn't
notice).
