Colin tells me it's pretty easy to use mercurial; I can't imagine it
will be any more work than switching to it and hitting "go".

I've already got this mostly figured out. The question is mostly: how
do we deal with viewing svn, or adium-1.3? Trac can't support multiple
repositories, so even shifting adium-1.3 into its own hg repository
(this might be a good idea) seems unlikely to work well.

The plan right now is: hg clone on trac's server, gets told to
pull/update when a commit happens on the hg server.

I'm going to be deactivating, or #erroring-out svn sometime today or
this weekend. I think once buildbot and trac are switched over,
there's absolutely no reason not to.
