[Adium-devl] Copyright.txt, Credits.rtf - Policy?

Hello everyone,

I just asked Peter about the following but he advised me to email the  
list to receive a broader statement:

Who is credited in Copyright.txt and who is credited in Credits.rtf?  
Is it every patch writer ever? What is the general policy?
Peter says patch authors are listed in the former and not in the  
latter. This does make sense to me but I want make sure before I  
start making appropriate changes.


When I saw http://trac.adiumx.com/changeset/25078 yesterday I somehow  
doubted the policy has been consequently done and wanted to check.

Incidentally, Pietro Modi ("pi++" on Trac, piPlusPlus in #adium,  
#adium-devl) asked in#adium-devl today why he isn't included in  
Copyright.txt for his patches in http://trac.adiumx.com/ticket/1737  
and http://trac.adiumx.com/ticket/8744.
