Yes, but libpurple, or more specifically, the protocol plugin,
specifies what kind of html can be handled. So even if the message
style stuff allowed that kind of thing the protocol plugin might not.
So yeah, obviously both the UI and the backend must support it in
order to work, and the backend doesn't.
