First off, ⇧⌘D is the Add Group command, secondly, Add Bookmark  
doesn't seem like something that'd be used all that often. I've in  
fact, never used Bookmarks at all, and I'd wager a guess at probably  
90-95% of our user-base never having used them either. On the other  
hand, I also doubt that many people use the Add Contact keyboard  
shortcut very often either.

My initial reaction is to really question why either of these things  
needs a keyboard shortcut at all, outside of it being common-place to  
do so.

I certainly don't think Add Bookmark* gets used anywhere near enough  
in an IM client to deserve giving it a keyboard shortcut some people  
might already use (for what? I have no idea.), It does however, get  
used quite a lot in a web browser, and deserves one there.

*Bookmark being used interchangeably here.
