I wonder whether we should change the Add Contact menu item's key  
equivalent back now.

I originally wanted it to be ⌘D for analogy with browsers' Add  
Bookmark commands, but now that we have one of our own, maybe we  
should give ⌘D to it, and use something else (maybe ⇧⌘D?) for  
Add Contact.
