Updated the config, forced builds, should be good to go!

Right now there's no way to do a full "clobber" build, which is what I  
suspect is needed to fix the branch builder (it is currently red).

AI:cbarrett Figure out how to do clobbers
AI:cbarrett Get stderr captured as well for builds

In case anyone is curious, when doing a major release, you can now  
easily update this config file. Log in to duck and do:

% sudo -i -u buildbot
% cd master
% nano master.cfg

At this point you'll want to update the value of adiumBranchName (it's  
right at the top of the file). Then run

% buildbot reconfig .

It should print out a bunch of messages, ending by telling you the  
configuration was reloaded successfully.
