Instead of using revisions, let's use a datestamp. It will be more
meaningful to users, and will survive hashed revision IDs. Datestamps
are also easily sortable (convert to seconds since epoch).
As far as which branch, and how often, I was thinking once a day off
1.2 branch to start.
