Just to clarify:
What http://trac.adiumx.com/wiki/HomepageUpdate proposes is not a
complete re-design of or new aesthetics for the whole site.
It's about:
a) a possible improvement of the "About" page in content and
presentation, involving listing Adium's main features in a visually
attractive way
b) splitting the "Support & Development" tab into two
c) adding some content, improving the content that is there.

If I remember correctly there was some sort of mirror of
Transmission's site while Malcolm Jarvis ("Gimp") re-worked it.
When sending him an email tomorrow I will ask him if this solution
would be a possibility in our case.
Before going to the trouble of setting up all that and then finding
out it doesn't meet the Team's approval, maybe the submission of a
mockup would be a good idea. What are the objections you have, Colin?
