I know several users who use the contact bubbles and (to fit) window
styles.. and at least one who will probably show up at my door and
beat me up if it were removed.
In any case, this really isn't that much less complexity; the
subclasses to implement those behaviors are well contained and
surprisingly minimal.
#10812 has nothing to do with the window style so far as I can tell.
