Trac won't be updated for a while due to the fact that a lot of the plugins
that are used (last I checked) use the older templating system. Also, the
last attempt at upgrading failed miserably. We have some hacks applied to
make certain things work, and I think those went away in .11. Whoever does
the upgrade to .11 will want to notify Noah prior to this, as he's offered
to help with the upgrade.

Are there any security updates in .11 that aren't in the latest .10.x? I'd
be more concerned about that with regards to trac itself. That is if you
guys still want trac long term.
