I don't think we should be requesting features or reporting bugs while  
on a previous version of Trac. 0.11's changelog includes "Improved  
user preferences subsystem" but I don't know entirely what that entails.

(And The_Tick, the version number is printed at the bottom of every  
Trac page :-)
