I think we should. 10.4 testers are getting scarcer and scarcer, and  
thinking ahead to when 1.4 will likely be released, I think there is a  
chance for quite the 10.4 clusterfuck.

10.4 users are 1/3rd of our userbase, but I predict by the end of 2008  
they will be only 1/4 or less.
