Hello,
I am new to development for OSS and was hoping to get a chance to get
started with Adium. I wanted some help from the rest of you to find a good
starting point.

I must admit, the reason I really wanted to get started in development for
Adium is because it is a requirement for me to make a significant
contribution to any open source project of my choice in a computer science
class I am taking. The project description if anyone is curious is here: h
ttp://www.cs.umd.edu/class/fall2007/cmsc433/projects/os/index.html<http://www.cs.umd.edu/class/fall2007/cmsc433/projects/os/index.html>

What this means is I will take development quite seriously since it is for a
grade in my class, and my time will be dedicated well. I have about 20 hrs a
week from now until December.

I was hoping to start by fixing a bug or two. If anyone can advise me on
which bugs I can get started with, please do so. I wouldn't mind doing a
feature enhancement either, but I haven't been able to come up with any
ideas right now because I don't know how deep into the code I would need to
get. Suggestions would be much appreciated.

Thanks everyone,

Ankur Oberoi
