Yes, I find them quite informative and interesting.

It would be nice if they moved a little faster. I usually end up  
doing something else while listening in - sometimes they just feel a  
bit slow.

The time has worked good for me, but I've been / will be in common  
North American time zones. If you do move it, I'd suggest moving it  
later in the day since it's usually easier for people stay up late  
than to access from work or school. Most of us stay up late anyways.
