[Adium-devl] Trac permissions update

I've removed the TICKET_CHPROP privilege for registered users (of  
course it remained for Trusted and Developer users) on Trac after the  
bout of vandalism we saw this afternoon (thanks to Colin for text  
messaging me to notify me... I'm holed up in study mode this week).

Just by subscribing to this mailing list you've earned the right to  
have CHPROP privileges until proven otherwise.  If you can't modify  
properties on tickets (mark them as closed or duplicate, modify the  
description, etc.) while logged into your Trac account with this  
recent change and you would like to be able to, just email me and  
sometime in the next couple days I'll upgrade your account to Trusted  
status.
