So have I. It just makes sense to me: The changelog for the ticket
shows what it was changed from, and the most recent version that it
was reproduced in is the one that we care about.

Suppose a ticket was filed against 0.89.1. We close it immediately as
WFM. But then another user comes back and says that he has the same
problem in 1.0.2. Should we really leave it at 0.89.1, even though we
won't be collecting 0.89.1 debug logs nor 0.89.1 console logs nor
0.89.1 crash logs to fix the problem?

We only care about bugs in 1.0.2. If there's a bug in 1.0.2, then
there should be a ticket about the bug with its version set to 1.0.2.
So, if there's already a ticket, we up its version when we find out
that the issue still exists in 1.0.2.

Is there a good reason why we should leave the version field at 0.89.1?
