[Adium-devl] Patch attached to ticket

Please reread exactly what I sent in the previous email Colin. We are  
unable to set permissions because there is no permission to set for  
this checkbox. This is what I've been telling you since the beginning  
of you bothering me about this. It comes down to the fact that there  
is no viable option in trac-admin's permissions to be able to set this.

If this statement continues to confuse you, please contact me offline  
so that I can clarify to you how trac permissions work. Alternatively  
you could setup a test installation of trac and see for yourself,  
it's not a very difficult installation.
