Hmm, if I understand this correctly,

- Facility to create a number of groups
- A group could have a number of accounts associated with it
- Each group can have different proxy settings
	- These proxy settings are reflected on to all child accounts
		- only if they are set to use the group proxy
	- Otherwise, they utilize their own personal settings as available today
- Only one group can be activated at one time.

I'm not quite sure what you mean by the  "personal" option.  As I see
it, you can just create a group which has settings such as a proxy, and
anything else which we want to tack on later. And into each group, you
can add any number of accounts. Only one group can be enabled at any
given time, just like a status message, and if you want to flip proxies
for instance, just activate the other group, and those settings are
reflected across all child accounts.

Well, the benefit of having account groups is probably that we can add
on other common features to the groups, rather than explicitly create
"connection profiles" whose use would be limited.  But it looks like it
would be a good dsolution.
