[Adium-devl] Issue reporting good practices (was: AIM problems)

Nice idea. Volunteering? With limited development resources, we to  
optimize for development time. I would say getting a better bug  
reporter is in a couple of days, but not much more.

Also, we should be taking actionable items from this devlstorm and  
putting them on trac, so they don't get lost.
