Yeah, I like minimalist (that's the Positive word for 'bare bones')  
for set up wizards.  Ours makes a HUGE difference in the first-run  
experience.  It should be no more than at most one pane longer, and I  
agree that that might be pushing it.  I mentioned previously that  
this might be one of perhaps three vital core preferences which could  
be controlled at first-run time... the hard limit is no more than one  
pane, and if we can decide on perfect default behaviors we should  
avoid that.  I spoke too soon in saying that adding an offline- 
visibility toggle to the first run wizard is definitely 1.1 material  
-- I meant to say that it's a good candidate.
