The problem is that this would have to be implemented in libgaim  
first (so it would be *their* SoC project), plus it's too much for a  
single person in 3 months (as we saw with Alvaro last year).

Somebody would have to implement a new Java/Cocoa-Bridge first, which  
is not related to Adium at all.
If this bridge is properly implemented, you wouldn't need a special  
Java plugin API.

list.
