If no connected accounts support available messages, do we want to  
show iTunes available status?

It will probably only confuse switchers. The only use-case for this I  
can think of at all is someone having %_statusMessage (or whatever it  
is) in their MSN name. And there's the obvious future "personal  
message" support, in the (now unmaintained) msnp13 SoC branch.

Thoughts?
