[Adium-devl] Show Offline Contacts should not be the default

This is an opportunity to offer some data-level filtering on the  
contact list, a request I've heard in various forms before.  Clicking  
an icon down there would yield a menu with options in some form like:
  Show Unavailable Contacts
  Show Mobile Contacts
  Show Offline Contacts

with the defaults being checked, checked, unchecked respectively.

Thoughts?
