[Adium-devl] Show Offline Contacts should not be the default

At least one of us flips back and forth with a hotkey randomly. This  
might justify it.

I agree, but I think it's a problem of people not clicking menu's in  
general. This goes along with my theory that nobody uses advanced  
prefs (where nobody = normal users).
