Sort of. I have them selected, but I switch to tabs randomly using ⌘- 
{1,2,3,…} rather than rotate.

So the main reason I have ⌘-[][] selected is simply so that it  
doesn't interfere with anything else.

I think a “Tab switching: None” option is warranted.
