[Adium-devl] Cmd-[ and Cmd-] for tab switching

I use the safari version as cmd+shift+arrows are mapped as triggers  
for iTunes, though honestly I only recently realized it was an  
option, not sure that many new users would have any idea that  
brackets or braces could be used in this sort of context.
